Okay, I want to share some NEW PERSONAL IBS/diet goals.
1. No force-feeding myself veggies! I don't know why, but what used to be agreeable is actually nauseating and gives me D/attacks. Therefore, I will not force-feed them and only eat the few I have designated as "safe" prepared in a safe manner. If, after preparation, I get that "anxiety" feeling, I will not eat them at that time and only consume them when I get a "signal" that it's okay.
2. I will continue to eat what feels good, i.e. STARCHY CARBS. and reprogram my "judgement" nature rooted in past indoctorination.
Why? Because they are the best thing for my IBS. I'm still experimenting re: what I like/what feels good. CEREAL, totally is my friend at this time! The D attacks are reduced when I do this, as well and my mood is improved. And, they are everything but fattening--rather satisfying/energizing.
So, bah! I love me and my animal self has given me this feedback.
