Sorry to hear about the possible lung infection and attacks... the latter? That's where I'm at too right now  My own fault completely for really letting my diet/water intake/exercise sliiiiiiiide in the last few weeks. Sigh. Making a real effort to get back into it though. Next week, anyway.
Yay for grains! Heh, you're moving through the whole spectrum of foods lately, eh? First meats, now grains... I think there was a candy moment somewhere too, wasn't there  I think it's great. I love love love Heather's banana bread. I make it as muffins all the time for a snack to take to school. And Cheerios! Hehe, yeah as you know I love those too  The only cold cereal I really like, since corn hasn't been friendly to me lately (bye bye corn bran and crispix) and since I've just found rice krispies to be way too sugar-coated - bleh. Seriously though, cold cereal with soy/rice milk (and chopped bananas ) is just such an EASY, immediate meal that takes no time at all in the kitchen... which is probably why I end up eating it rather often
