Please know that colonics are very BAD for IBSers--our GI tracts are already sensitive, this will only traumatize them further. Glad to hear that Heather's diet is working. Keep on following her guidelines and you'll continue to notice improvement. Are you IBS-D? When do you expect to receive the results of your second dr's opinion?
