We all need days off the program! We'd go nuts! (More 'on' days, though, are desirable.) It sounds like you had a fun weekend and remember that part of celebrating and pleasure involves eating/food/rituals. I'm learning to have more fun with food and allow a pleasure element. I have some huge root chakra blocks/wounds issues that I'm working on. Food is quite sensual, as well as nourishment, nutritional information, blah,blah,blah...!!!
It's funny that you mention mushrooms--I tend to eat a few kilos a week. I could eat them most days.
I wish I were a little more like you, a little more let loose and relax and enjoy...and a lot less ORTHOREXIC, anal,
the kind of person that has been measuring everything for years and years and years and also a-social re: celebrations involving food. Recently, though, I've gone out for lunch/dinner and have enjoyed positive experiences.
