I have some weights at home, just for my arms. And I have 2 hoola hoops (sp). And I have a bike and a bike trainer. I ride the bike trainer at home. I also do stretches including some of the ones recommended to you in the abdominal post. I cannot afford to buy anything or go to the gym either...so I just use what I have at home.
I also find moving around after a meal is crucial for me! I make sure to do dishes, walk around, clean something, etc. esp. after a big meal. This helps a LOT for my C and my bloating.
But if you don't have a way to bike in the winer...I would dance, hoola hoop, power yoga, stretch, march in place fast, and stuff like that. It DOES make a difference for my tummy AND my weight...
