B: the usual, with a banana snacks: banana, luna bar, 1/2 molasses cookie L: zucchini bread, banana, grapes snack: few chips and salsa D: leftover fajitas DE: soy indulgence ice cream Total: less than 1700 Ex: did full weight routine (we rearranged our exercise room and it is awesome but takes some thought in between exercises) and did 20 min run/walk on treadmill. Hurt hip doing high inclination and then going to Target worsened it. It is ok now. I am trying to get ahold of work comp but they closed down. What is it about shopping that hurts it? Just pushing around a cart! Other: got very gassy and bloated from the grapes and chips and salsa, not enough SF in tummy. Had 3 gasX and 2 pep caps and tea. Probably dehydrated too. Got to get back to not having gas. End of summer is always hard!
