WELL DONE STEPHIE!!!       08/28/05 02:48 PM Edit Reply Quote Natalie1985 Reged: 08/09/04 Posts: 1329 Loc: UK - Leeds for uni, Merseyside for home! Thats great!! I put on a few pounds after our dublin trip last week, but I seem to have lost them quickly cos I have a wedding to go to on friday and need to get into my outfit so have been manic exercising and eating very sensibly for the past few days. Keep up the good work....oh and if you want advice on the food thing, coming from the girl whos changed her diet more times this summer than ever before, Ive found setting myself set breakfast lunch and teas that are balanced with protein, carbs and veggies seems to stop me craving anything and when Im hungry and Ive been snacking on fruit purees....this seems to be working for me, helping the tummy and losing weight easier.
