When you're feeling up to it, would mind posting a sort of "grocery list" of foods you buy and eat? I love your approach to eating and you certainly get your fiber. I need to up my IF big time.
I would greatly appreciate it...Your foods look so yummy and healthy.
Do you think they may be adding to your bloat problem though, since you don't necessarily eat SF before the high IF? Or do you bloat anyhow, like me!
anyhow, whenever you feel better, I would love a Little Bear shopping list...with cereals, breads, whatever! Or if that is too much to ask, that's okay too!
