How can I Incorporate Pilates?

Hey Guys,

I'm still so confused about my exercise routine. I really like doing pilates but am not sure how to incorporate them. Is it like doing weights? Obviously it's not cardio. Right now I'm up to about 40min of weights/resistance training 3x a week with 40 min cardio on those days and 1h30min cardio on non-weight days. Could I add pilates on non-weight days or will I be preventing my muscles from healing?
