Hi Fitchick,
Welcome to the boards!
Just wondering if maybe I could ask you a few questions as I read in your other post that you are a personal trainer?

I have to lose a significant amount of weight in the next 6 months - 1 year to get breast reduction sugery. If you read any of my other posts on here, you'll see I have been having MAJOR problems losing the weight and I am so frustrated.
