Breakfast
2 handfulls of blueberries
american cheerios or whatever the r,w,b box is called
rice dream original
Lunch
two pieces of toasted french bread w/earth balance spread and currant jam
grapes
Dinner
Rice and left over chinese chicken & veggies
Heather's silk chocolate pudding recipe here

While I was making the pudding I had a few spoons full just to make sure it tasted good
