Just wondering do you keep your daily menu pretty much the same all the time?? Only asking cos Ive noticed in your posts you always have 3 luna bars and the flour tortilla dinner....dont you get bored of eating the same thing? Im trying hard to eat different things everyday cos aprently your more susceptable to becoming intolerant to foods if u eat them all the time....Im not finding that good for my ibs though, when I stick to the same sorts of foods I seem to do better...is that the same with you? -------------------- Natalie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
