Re: A GREAT read!!       07/13/05 09:15 AM Edit Reply Quote Jennifer Rose Reged: 04/02/03 Posts: 3566 Loc: Fremont, CA I picked up the book last month and am about halfway through it (time constraints keep me from finishing it all the way...) and I love it so far. It's definitely compatible with the IBS diet, although I think I might need a little more bread and carbs than what she talks about. I do like how it focuses on "enjoying food", which is something I haven't been able to do since being diagnosed. And I also love how she has experience in eating an American diet too.
