B: MOM Snacks: 2 banana, luna, 4 cookies, carrots never had lunch D: ratatouille over herbed rice, pita with some walnut sauce in it. couple grapes, some gin gins. Can't remember anything else, but sugar in my tea. Exercise: worked 5 hours in high heat and then did situps and Roman chair. I have a headache now and so this isn't much of a report. Liquid: ran out while working. Couldn't believe I drank 60 oz in less than 6 hours! Hopefully I drank enough after work.
