I work 8-5pm, go to the gym from 6-8pm, drive home, make dinner, maybe have 60-90 minutes before bedtime.... any other waking moment.... you can read about here....the latest on the STRESSFUL condo shoppin.... web page I had this weekend off from the gym, per my trainer.... but still went this morning... and plan to go in the morning again to help release the stress...my tummy is in knots...my diet has been so so.... due to getting home so late some nights because we have been doing the condo thing... I also had a major melt down on Wed that my body has not bounced back from yet....... I hope to get back on track Monday (maybe Tues due to the holiday)....
