Slept in late after the fair last night.
B: MOM with strawberries and banana 350 and 3g
L: PB&J on ciabatta toast 350 and 7g
snacks: banana and luna 255 5g
dinner: fish with creamy dill sauce (will post), baby carrots, mashed pot, 2 ears corn 500 and 10g
Total so far: 1455 and 25 and 15%
Exercise: well none. I wanted to do ball/weights but had no time or energy. Day off.
Other: I plan on weighing myself midweek.
adding to evening food: blueberry cake and vanilla soy ice cream. Calories just jumped!
