Ugh a bad day.
B: MOM and craisins 260 and 3g
snacks: 3/4 banana, luna, carrots, muffin, pretzels 530 cals 7g fat
late lunch: HNC lots 300 and 2g
Dinner: kung pao chicken, rice, broc- full plate 400 and 10g
dessert: rasp sorbet 130
Total: 1620 and 22g 12% fat
Exercise: meant to do 1 hour fitness routine but I had a really bad day. Worked around 5 hours but had vehicle trouble and had to go home and get the car. This delayed me and so I had to work in the rain. Then I didn't pack enough food so I was hungry and ate cheerios and got gassy. then after dinner I got very bloated and gassy. A pot of tea would make it go away but I don't feel like bothering. I had somewhere to go tonight and couldn't go. So everything is messed up and now I will have another truck repair bill. The good news is some nice weather is coming tomorrow.
Liquid: was low yesterday and got night leg cramps which stayed all day. Crap I forgot to list the gatorade again! 125 cals. Took a philips chew tonight for the mag and cal - might help the leg cramps.
Update: after being bloated for a while, I got D cramps pretty bad. Things seemed imminent but again (like a couple weeks ago) I went to bed and nothing ever happened. I took 3 pep caps and lots of ginger candy. I tried to go but nothing was ready and so I slept and woke up at 12:30 just fine. In the morning I was ok but slightly loose and small.
Trying to find a connection between this almost D and the last time here . I noticed the brocoli but I eat that pretty often. I also noticed very ripe bananas. Also both were Wednesdays. Worked half day both times- perhaps bad days both times?

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
