Thanks, sweetheart. I really keep my portions VERY small and eat several times throughout the day. As for summer eating - BBQ - baby! Grilled chicken, grilled veggies, are my favourite, lots of smoothies - with whatever fresh fruit is in season. I also eat lots of rice. Lots and lots of rice. It's my staple.
