Still re-thinking breakfast solutions and I just might switch to some cooked grain, i.e. rice, millet, quinoa. In a bit of a rut.

--1 1/3 c. cream of rice (divided into 2 doses)(I felt like this for breakfast and lunch)
--puree of asparagus
--puree of spinach, sweet basil
--MUSHROOMS
--1 c. white jasmine rice (divided doses)
--zucchini sticks

I promise to get a few more calories later as I'm not at a thousand yet and don't want to waste away. Protein 59g (34 %) more than my sedentary bod needs or even wants), Fat 6 g
(8%).

No bloating/gas, etc. I do feel like a glutton for my love of mushrooms. I might give them up for a week.
