B: MOM and milk 320 and 4
1 pastry crisp 60 and 2
luna, banana, dried cran, and cashews (was starving after biking ) 430 and 10
Lunch: leftover rice with peas 250 and 5g
dinner: salmon cakes with greens, herbs, cherry tomatoes and 3 small pieces baguette with olive oil Pam. 400 and 12g?
mango sorbet 200.
Wow only around 1660 and 33g or so about 17.5% but I may be off.
Exercise: biked around 16 miles in 70 minutes (saw a fawn and 3 blue heron ) and was active all day. Burned at least 550 cals biking.
