Bfast at 10:30
-2 waffles with some marg. and syrup
-1 sl white bread
Snackat 2:30
-4 baby carrots
-1 rice cake
lunch at 4:30
-Chinese chow mein (frozen, but safe)
-chocolate pudding...

supper
-aero chocolate bar-was DYING for chocolate today
-3 oz pollock lobster
-1 cup white rice, plain
lettuce with fat free balsamic vinaigrette


snack
-2 choc chip cookies.

I'll be in some pain tomorrow and tonight. i really am PMSing and REQUiRED chocolate apparently I tossed arouind saying UFO a time or two, but fessed up.)


target cals: 1800
total cals eaten: 1775
So yes, I will hurt, but I did well!!


See what I mean? Always 1 evil item in there!
So far, 1000 cals.
