Well, I'm feeling anything but hungry and wholly satiated with a little more complex carb. No more restlessness. I feel great without the sprouts and more energetic with a negligible amount of salad--the extent of my raw. The fat intake is lower, though. It will take awhile to become accustomed to feeling SO FULL, so satisfied. I'm not consuming more calories, just different calories. Formerly, I derivived more carbs from fruit, but as it really causes discomfort and D I'm abstaining from it.
--1 c. puffed rice (with sea salt) --1 c. whipped potatoes --puree of spinach, dandelion, zucchini, herbs --3/4c. rice --puree of spinach and zucchini --mushrooms, mixed greens
Snacks later on? Either a cup of dry cereal, rice cakes/crackers.
