The Gluten-Free Diet       06/05/05 04:59 AM Edit Reply Quote emma-lee Reged: 05/20/04 Posts: 25 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hi Everyone, I just have to say that I've been on a gluten-free diet for 10 months now, and I have to say that the attacks have been reduced to probably one every two months, and they're half as bad as they used to be. Also, I take an anti-spasmodic that regulates everything. And I feel like I'm a normal person again.
