10:30am 1/2 cup applesauce
11am 25 mins walk/run intervals on treadmill, abs workout (burned 162 cals
12pm 1 cup egg whites scrambled, 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup applesauce and 6 chopped almonds
3pm 1 cup minestrone soup (pureed), vegan salami sandwich with mustard on an english muffin, 1/2 banana for dessert
6pm 1 slice oatmeal bread with 1 tbsp hummus
7:30pm rice crackers
12pm (starving!!!) 1 cup rice with 1/2 cup beets and 3 oz cod, 1 slice bread, banana for dessert

I started working the 4-12 shift today so my meals were a bit screwed up. I need to get a good eating scheudle figured out for this crazy shift!

totals
cals 1653 (so low! )
fat 20g (11%)
carbs 289g (66%)
protein 89 (23%)

total cals burned today (BMR+lifestyle+exercise) = 2166

fitday public journal (yes that says it's for the 31st... screwed up the dates again, it's actually for the 30th)
