B: MOM with a little smart balance snacks and lunch: 2 very ripe bananas, luna, pretzels, 3 licorice, PB&J, carrots first dinner: HNC dinner: leftover jambalaya and 2 pieces baguette cals: around 1800 exercise: worked 8 hours water: not as high as last 2 days but ok other: Still messed up! Got bad D cramps this morning while working and felt awful. I did not want to have to quit work. Took 1 immodium and they gradually went away which is like a miracle. Then I had a fine day until late afternoon when I was very bloated. Had tea and heating pad and am ok now. At least being mostly stable makes my episodes much briefer. I am upping my acacia. I think I am just still slightly C and my body wants it out and causes these D attacks. I had 3 in 2 weeks but averted today's.
