B: MOM with a few raisins snacks and lunch (work day- I eat every hour or so) 2 bananas, 2 lunas, pretzels, baby carrots, PB&J dinner: salad with grilled portabello, pepper, tomato, onion and balsamic dressing along with a ton of my sliced potatoes and 2 baguette chunks exercise: worked 8 hours (had a bad day- boo hoo- because a woman took her bad day out on me by saying I needed to get out of her driveway- I was there for less than 60 seconds! B***H!) Also need to do ball work since I forgot yesterday total cals just under 1600 BMR 1430 I think plus work so that seems pretty good. Liquid: right on track- tea 24oz and water maybe 70 oz
