I envy you, then, that you can handle such foods! I just adore cheesecake, but haven't had any (except for a bite a few months ago) since I started this diet about 5 months ago. It would be really nice to be able to eat it... but at the same time, not being able to eat it makes weight control much easier.

Sorry the milk isn't working well for you, but mmm a pork chop sounds heavenly!
