my sad report       05/08/05 04:37 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota Well I am still losing weight which is the one good thing, but I am also still quite sick and getting very depressed about it. If the weather was poor while I was sick it wouldn't be so bad but it is lovely and I have so much gardening to do. I am all out of prednisone and didn't have any effects from it whatsoever. I can hardly eat and have no interest in anything at all! It has been over a week since I exercised too. I did get out and planted some pansies and watered the lawn- quite something! I just don't know why I am not improving. Weight is 131 and a new low for the year. Aren't summer colds the worst! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
