Click on the 'goals' tab and set up protein, carbs and fat as personal goals. It will tell you the *recommended amount*, however you may not want to follow this exactly. A good guideline for weight loss to shoot for each day is:

grams of protein = your weight in lbs x 0.8
(i.e. I weigh 125lbs so 125 x 0.8 is 100g of protein a day; I actually usually get more than this but I also do a lot of weight training)

grams of carbs = your weight in lbs x 2-2.5
(i.e. for me around 250-315g of carbs a day)

grams of fat = your weight in lbs x 0.25 (though as you know for the IBS diet make sure you're keeping your fat % under 20% tops at each meal).
(i.e. for me around 30g of fat a day)

The biggest variation will be in the carbs range to stick to how many calories you want to be aiming for.

For nutrition and such, click on the reports tab and then on the report that tells you if you're getting your RDA's for the basic nutrients (very helpful info). If there's something you want to know about that's not there, you can probably set it up as a personal goal.
