Here is another suggestion to improve sleep quality, and the ability to fall asleep easily, and stay asleep. Expose yourself to bright light first thing in the morning. The bright light helps to set the Melatonin and Seratonin balance in the body, and corrects any imbalance responsible for delayed sleep onset, and poor quality sleep.

I always watch the sunrise, and make sure I get lots of bright light first thing in the morning. It really helps me sleep like a baby.
