Need motivation...       04/27/05 04:59 PM Edit Reply Quote Snow for Sarala Reged: 03/12/03 Posts: 5430 Loc: West Coast, USA I am in fact hypoglycemic...naturopath's dignosis. So... This means I am pre-pre diabetic. I also have high cholesterol. But I am depressed/angry realizing my past and that it's not my fault. I have zero motivation to move. But I need to for my health...and sanity Any ideas for an instrumental or non-suggestive CD for getting you in the mood to move? Something good for cycling or fast walks? Any ideas for self defense when walking alone so I am not scared of being attacked? Also, PLEASE list reasons why we should motivating tips...ev MOVE! Any REASONS to move even when I don't feel like to keep in a diary/journal when I need to move but can't get myself to do it...
