Since fructose intolerance causes my IBS, I can't use fruit (see the following thread for links I posted) Here

Also, due to soy allergy, I use Rice Protein Powder and Organic Sugar.

I follow this up about an hour later with Rice and Chicken or Turkey (no fat, skin removed).

Oh, and Olive oil is a real IBS trigger for me, so it is a No No
