Throat groaning?       04/22/05 09:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Lynx Reged: 04/21/05 Posts: 160 I've been having some problems lately when I do my sit-ups on the inclines at my local gym. As I come up from an almost vertical and upside-down position with a 10lb weight, my throat makes this groan-like noise and locks up. It makes breathing difficult and painful. I don't let it interfere with my daily routine though. But, does anyone else have this or something similar?
