Re: REPORTING IN - 4/21/05       04/21/05 01:58 PM Edit Reply Quote cailin Reged: 08/12/04 Posts: 3563 Loc: Dublin, Ireland Breakfast: Porridge with honey Snack: UFO 94 calories Lunch: broccoli soup, chicken and pesto sandwich on foccacia Snacks: 400 calories of chocolate UFOS (I binged )and a chocolate chip cookie Dinner: 400 calorie readymeal- chicken and cashew nuts with vegetable rice Dessert: Soy yogurt Total Calories: 2058 Activities: walked to work and walked around shops for two and half hours after work carrying heavy bags- total burned: 221 Sums: BMR 2231 plus 221 activities =2442 -food 2058= 384 surplus which is 116 OVER budget- I am amazed- I thought I would be about 500 over so despite being bad the result isn't as bad as it might have been.... -------------------- S.
