Isn't it wonderful??
Travel always makes me a bit panicky (and I travel *all* the time, LOL). But, almost all the time, it has been fine. People just go out of their way to make it good and safe for you. I guess that is thanks to the "costumer is always right" idea. If problems arise, the phrase "as a loyal customer of ______" seems to fix things right up!
You certainly can't afford to be lax about it, and throw up your hands and say "well, it doesn't count because i'm on vacation" like you can with diets in general. But really, its just not that hard to stick with it. You do have to stand up for yourself sometimes, and make your wishes known. But once you do, it's wonderful!!
