Taking your own food is really your best option. You could try the chicken/fish option they usually have, but that could include anything. If you ask for vegetarian, you're also certain to get some dairy. If you ask for vegan, it's likely to contain IF! In my experience, you can't win. I always take my own food...lots of sandwiches and snacks.
