Hi
i am new to this webpage and to IBS in general.
I find your website to be a great resource.

:D My big question is weight loss. I find that veggies in general hard on my stomach. I recently tried the south beach diet but i didn't get very far with it. I need to lose around 20lbs.( I have to stand for a friends wedding :grin: ) Does anyone have any tips for me? It seems that i am always hungry and i was wondering if anyone had any healthy low fat IBS friendly snacks they could share. Also i would like to mention i often do Winsor Pilates and find it really helpful with gas and bloating. thanks
