New here and need some advice       04/05/05 09:30 PM Edit Reply Quote Leshabug Reged: 04/05/05 Posts: 8 Hello my name is Alecia and I am 24 years old...I have never really been on a diet to control my IBS until recently my problem has caused me a lot of grief...I am always exhausted, my stomach is so bloated i look as though i am preg..Constipated.i haven't gotten my period in 2 1/2 months..and i am not preg:) I have gained 10-15 lbs in the last six months...I have gotten all blood and urine tests back and they are normal...I am really frustrated and feel as though i am not going to beat this...Are these all normal symptoms...I know that stress is a major factor in this...Please help!!
