As we were just discussing with HanSolo, WW is pretty low in calories. It's just logical to have a higher calorie intake when you do more exercise! Remember that if your calorie intake goes too low, your body will go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism right down...not help for weight loss!

Also, remember with WW that you could actually get extra points if you did extra exercise (if you could remember how many points each exercise was! ).
