Just stick to the extra safe SF foods for a few days tops...and if energy is a problem extra safe protein options (grilled chicken breast/fish etc) should be okay to add in...I always keep some protein in my diet even when I cut nearly everything else out!

And no need to gain weight...track your calories if you're concerned! And limit your sugar consumption.
