I hae been using fitday.com- I just LOVE the way it does the nutritional analysis-

I have a couple of questions that I am way too lazy to trawl the web for when I know that the answers are all here in the heads of my healthy eating gurus!!!

- What proportion of calories from fat/carbs/protein should I aim for?

- I appear to be not getting enough vitamin D at all- its in stuff like tune (so Shell you are safe) has anyone else found that they are lacking in it?

-Is there a minimum no of calories that I should eat per day- my BMR is 2320 and I am averaging around 1500 calories at the moment, I weigh 133 but to fit into that dress I need to be 128 (that's what I was in September when I wore it last-its the one I am wearing in my profile pic- the bride from the wedding I want to wear it to asked to see if the other night when she was over so I have HUGE motivation to make it fit me now!)

BTW I am finding the fitday.com website great (Thanks Ashley ), I love the nutritional part of it and was delighted that a luna bar could give me so much of what I need!

Also it is making me make sure I get fruit and veg into me, and when I enter them I automatically click on the "reports" part and check my daily nutritional info.

I am great on the Vitamin C, OK when I try on A, probably need to take a calcium supplement and terrible on Vitamin D.
