Hi all!
Okay, I forgot to report in yesterday and the day before 'cause I was just insanely busy, but I DID stay under my calorie budget. YAH!!

Exercise: 1 hour elliptical machine and 10 minutes ab workout = 360 calories burned! WWOOOHHHOO

Food Budget: 1569

Pre-Breakfast: 4 arrowroot cookies = 120 calories

Breakfast: Sourdough English Muffin w/1 tbsp peanut butter = 264 calories good

Lunch: Kinda missed lunch 'cause of exam - had snack of 30 g of pretzels and applesauce = 203 calories

Dinner: Going out to the pub for dinner, where I can only eat the chicken souvlaki so I guess that's what I'm having! lol

So far.. 587 calories, which means I still have 982 calories left in my budget for chicken souvlaki and maybe a snack later.

Water: I should have 80 oz a day, so far today I have had.. 64 oz. I always drink a TON of water when we go for dinner 'cause it's all I drink when we go out, so I'm sure I'll get up to 80 oz. yah!

So a good day today! great day!!
