Coffee is not a trigger for me either...it actually helps keep me *regular*
(this is why I have not posted for a while. I am not totally following the diet and I do not want to confuse anyone who comes onto the board who is new to the diet) then what you do it list it as UFO (unidentified food object = might be safe for you but not others) you will see I have that in EVERY report in I do!!
