How about a few nuts? Can you do nuts? You can chop them up really good and sprikle over lots of foods... not just for baking anymore...
I like Amie's idea of the jerky... your vegitarian though right? So, maybe YOU could try the Soy Jerky that I've been affraid to try! hehehe
