I am gluten intolerant-celiac disease- and can't do the WW bread. If anyone knows of any low point alternatives that are gluten free I would love it if you could share. I have been changing exercise routines-weight, eliptical, running inside or out, and other types of machines at the gym. I get bored so I change every other time-I have a nordick track at home and a treadmill.

I think the gluten free thing added to IBS is the killer. Gluten free products are usually high in points to begin with. Anybody out there gluten intolerant too? that is how I got to be 5lbs over goal weight to begin with. I had to switch to all Gluten free-no low fat stuff-it all has fillers which are gluten based. 1 gluten free cookie is 100 calories, a piece of bread is over 100 calories. I stay away from breads-I eat sweet potatoes, rice, rice pasta, and indulge every now and then in a gluten free bagel or cookie.
