I have never done WW so I have no clue about the points. But I can just say that I would be hungry too after 1 roll and 2 OZ chicken and 1oz chips! most definitely! Try adding vegetables that have low points. Do cooked carrots have low points? I eat them as a nice big snack and they are so low cal. How about a banana instead of a roll? How about cream of rice or wheat instead of oatmeal? That saves calories. Light soymilk saves calories too. How about trying to cut the cal/points a little slower since you have so little to lose? 3500 calories a week is a pound a week but maybe try to just cut half a pound a week. Also fennel is an appetite suppressant and drinking it BEFORE eating is a good trick. Cooked carrots, parsnips and the like are a good first start for dinner too that are lower in cals than bread, pasta or rice. When I am being good I exchange light choc soy milk for soy ice cream or sorbet. A few glugs gets rid of the sweet tooth.
I totally empathize though since I have been hungry a lot lately and was just hoping it would go away with the cold weather. Good luck.
