I am looking for assistance - not trying to antagonize!

I really think this diet has helped me and am just looking for a way to make it work for me weight wise.

Sorry if I upset anyone. I would just like to follow someone who is weighing about the same as me and has the same goal as me. Like I said earlier -- 20 pt. WW and I think that would equal 1200 or 1300 calories.

Following this diet I am at 10 pts. by lunchtime. For example:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal - 2 pts.
Some blueberries and 1 tsp. brown sugar - 1 pt.


Lunch:
French roll - 4 pts.
2 oz. chicken - 2 pt.
1 oz. baked potato chips - 2 pt.

That 11 pts. with NO snacks by lunchtime. Ouch!!!!

Ok, so I do WW bread instead of the french roll, Subtract that 4 pt. and add 1. That's a little better.

I'm just finding it hard to do. So many carbs.....and still feeling hungry.
