Still holding steady with my goal weight!

Hi, everyone!

Just wanted to let you know I'm still holding steady at my goal weight of 125 plus or minus 2 pounds for water weight swing during month. It took me three years to lose that last 5 pounds so be patient with yourselves if you're struggling. Eating IBS safe is WAY more important!!

Gotta run, have to take a bunch of pants to the tailor to be taken in at the waist! Hips are still the same but waist has finally dropped a size from 10 to 8!!

Keep up the good work everybody and don't forget that exercise is just as important as restricting calories. It resets your metabolism higher!
