Oh my goodness... they were able to smoke inside?? no but the smell of smoke on her made me feel like my lungs were closing up. That is why I am anti-smoking (and I think it is a sound reason) Just saying. Sorry but it is true. No offense.
I will try more protein. Thanks! It was right after breakfast but I'll see what I can do. Last year I used to eat snickers bars when I bonked.
