Excercise - I started the 2nd week of my program... my reps increased which caused my legs to be jello-like again , I feel your pain (no, really I do...got my butt kicked yesturday too!!) but I still enjoyed it... nothing a nice soothing HOT bath won't take care of, which is exactly what I did once I got home !
